Job Description:

As a Scrum Master at AgileTribe, you will play a pivotal role in the Agile development process, ensuring that our teams are empowered to deliver high-quality software and solutions on time. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment while championing Agile principles and practices. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead, mentor, and facilitate teamwork among cross-functional teams, driving our projects to success.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Adapt at managing change and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various situations
